Hello everyone. We’re happy to be here with you. Weather’s changing, the uncertainty of tomorrow holds itself in the vibrant leaves of arugula. We’re learning to chew slowly, and appreciate the digestion.

Some updates:

Food Rescue

With SNAP benefits potentially being significantly altered/removed under the current administration, we’re teaming up with Food Rescue US, and have established Santa Fe NM as a new distribution site. This is a way to increase access to nutritious food around our neighborhood.

If you have interest in participating, please send us an email! We are looking for volunteers to transport food, and an additional site director.

MPO Bicycle Parking Collaboration

We’re fortunate to have been given an opportunity to build and install bicycle parking in Santa Fe, with the support of the Santa Fe MPO! The parking is anticipated to be installed in the summer, and feature hand stamped poetry from local artists.

If you live in Santa Fe and want to participate, we’d love to hear from you! Tell us where you want to see more bike parking, and share your poetry with us!

CPR Classes

Our CPR classes are still booking up! Third Saturdays of the month, at our local REI. We’re excited about our small class sizes, and relevant curriculum for our changing world. Participants receive Narcan and cpr face shields, with additional insight into making your own emergency kit for daily use.

…and a cool thing

Some super sweet innovation happening at the Teen Center. Building their own 3D printed bicycle components, for legitimate human usage!

This concludes our updates for March. Please fasten your seatbelts for the April update, and do stay in touch.
